Mitigation
Mitigation means to keep from in Greek. It’s the first step in the restoration process. During this phase we need to move quickly! DO NOT wait to get property clean/dry! Delaying the Mitigation can cause additional damages. Any standing water needs to be removed immediately, and at minimum equipment should be placed to keep mold/ rot from beginning. WARNING!- If your a customer using your homeowners insurance this could cause denial (depending on carrier*)! Call is prior to calling your carrier and we provide a free consultation. Reconstruction
Reconstruction is the second phase of your restoration project. During this phase we will be replacing any materials removed during the Mitigation. More often then not demo will be required to dry property and ensure no mold is present. We will assist you in getting things back to the way they were!
